b) The availability of Paypal payments may be subject to geographic restrictions and Stripe policies. We are not responsible for any issues related to payments or services provided by Stripe.

10. Obligations, Rules and Requirements

a) As a seller on Pay2Shopp, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the sale of your products or services, including, but not limited to, consumer protection, tax, customs and intellectual property laws.

b) You agree to provide accurate and complete information on your e-commerce store, including product details, prices, images and descriptions. You also agree to meet the shipping and delivery times agreed with buyers.

c) As a buyer, you agree to make purchases in good faith and comply with the terms

payment methods and any other requirements set by the sellers.

11. Disputes between Users

a) Pay2Shopp is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. Any conflict or claim must be resolved directly between the parties involved. However, we encourage our users to contact us if they experience serious problems or violations by another user.

b) In the event of disputes, we encourage you to communicate and negotiate in good faith with the other party involved. If an agreement cannot be reached, you may seek legal advice or resort to the dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
