What does technical support consist of?

It is a support exclusively to resolve doubts that may arise when using the platform, obviously we will be indicating specific solutions through videos.

What are the things that the plans do not include?

Contents: If you want to add, edit or delete, you must do it yourself or hire us as an extra service to do it for you.

Upload products: You can upload the products yourself, but if you need us to upload the products for you, you must make an additional payment.

Consulting: If you need to expand your knowledge of digital business, you should hire a private consultancy with our e-commerce experts.

Note: We do not offer free work, no matter how simple it may be, our plans only include what is described in the “plans and prices” section.

What are the things that are included in the plans?

Backups: We take care of keeping your information safe by making daily backup copies to avoid any future inconvenience.

What happens if I forget to pay my subscription?

Do not worry, Paypal will be in charge of making the payment automatically, in the same way in the next 5 days an attempt will be made to make the payment.
