Welcome to Pay2Shopp, an e-commerce store creation platform and online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of physical and digital products and services. Before using our platform, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Definitions
a) “Pay2Shopp”: Refers to our online platform, operated by Pay2Shopp Inc. that allows users to create and manage e-commerce stores, as well as act as a marketplace for the promotion and sale of physical and digital products and services.

c) “Seller”: A user who offers physical or digital products or services through his e-commerce store created on Pay2Shopp.
d) “Buyer”: A user who purchases physical or digital products or services through Pay2Shopp.
e) “Physical products”: Tangible goods that can be physically shipped or delivered.
f) “Digital products”: These are intangible goods that are delivered electronically, such as software, music, e-books, online courses, among others.
2. Terms of Service
a) Pay2Shopp offers its platform and services in accordance with these terms and conditions. By using our service, you agree to comply with all policies and rules set forth in this document.
b) We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue part or all of the service at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such modifications, suspensions or interruptions.

a) Pay2Shopp provides an online platform that allows users to create and manage e-commerce stores. Sellers can list and promote their products or services through their stores, while buyers can browse and purchase those products or services.
b) As an e-commerce store owner on Pay2Shopp, you will have access to various tools and features to manage your listings, process orders, manage inventory and communicate with your customers.
c) As a shopper, you will be able to browse the stores, search for products or services of interest to you, make purchases and use the payment options provided by Pay2Shopp.
4. Scope of the License
a) Pay2Shopp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform and services in accordance with these terms and conditions.
b) This license does not grant you any rights to Pay2Shopp’s intellectual property, including, but not limited to, the content, logos, graphics, images, videos and software present on the platform.
5. Third Party Services
a) Pay2Shopp may integrate or provide links to third party services, such as payment gateways or shipping services. These services are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions. We assume no responsibility for the performance, quality or security of these third-party services.
b) By using third party services through Pay2Shopp, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by such service providers.
6. Use of Our Service
a) By using Pay2Shopp, you agree that you will not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening or infringing third party rights. In addition, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
b) You must not interfere with the proper functioning of Pay2Shopp, nor attempt to circumvent or tamper with the security measures in place.
7. Indemnification

8. Suspension or Termination

b) In case of suspension or termination, you will lose access to your e-commerce store and all associated data. We recommend that you back up your data on a regular basis.
9. Stripe Payments and its Features
a) Pay2Shopp uses the Stripe payment processing service to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. By using our service, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions, as well as to provide the information necessary to process payments.
b) The availability of Stripe payments may be subject to geographical restrictions and Stripe’s policies. We are not responsible for any problems related to payments or services provided by Stripe.
10. Obligations, Rules and Requirements
a) As a seller on Pay2Shopp, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the sale of your products or services, including, but not limited to, consumer protection, tax, customs, and intellectual property laws.
b) You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your e-commerce store, including product details, prices, images and descriptions. You also commit to comply with the shipping and delivery times agreed with the buyers.
c) As a buyer, you agree to make purchases in good faith and to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.

11. Disputes between Users
a) Pay2Shopp is not responsible for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. Any dispute or claim must be resolved directly between the parties involved. However, we encourage our users to contact us if they experience serious problems or violations by another user.
b) In case of disputes, we recommend that you communicate and negotiate in good faith with the other party involved. If an agreement cannot be reached, you may seek legal advice or resort to dispute resolution mechanisms available in your jurisdiction.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country where Pay2Shopp Inc. is registered. Any dispute arising in connection with our service shall be submitted to the competent courts of such jurisdiction.
