How long will it take for my online store to be ready?

Your online store will be 100% ready in 24 to 48 hours after signing up for one of our plans.

Is there any product limit?

There are no product limits, you can upload the amount you need or have present in your business, we use an excellent image compressor so that you do not occupy more than 2 GB in the entire platform.

Can I use my own domain name?

If you only need to adjust the DNS settings at your domain provider, you will need to contact us to provide you with this information.

Do you configure my online store?

No, when you hire our services you receive an exact copy of a generic model, it will be up to you to configure it, however you will have everything you need to start at that moment, only changing logo, graphic line and contact information as well as payment methods.

What should I do if I need a more complex website?

Just send us your requirements and we will gladly provide you with a quote tailored to your needs and budget.

PLANS AND PRICES

What does technical support consist of?

This is a support exclusively to solve doubts that may arise when using the platform, obviously we will be indicating specific solutions through videos.

What are the things that are not included in the plans?

Content: if you want to add, edit or delete you will have to do it yourself or hire us as an extra service to do it for you.

Upload products: you can upload the products yourself, but if you need us to upload the products for you you will have to pay an additional fee.

Consulting: if you need to expand your knowledge of digital business you should hire a private consulting with our e-commerce experts.

Note: We do not offer free work, no matter how simple it may be, our plans only include what is described in the "plans and prices" section.

What are the things that are included in the plans?

Backup copies: we take care of keeping your information safe by making daily backup copies to avoid any future inconvenience.

What happens if I forget to pay my subscription?

Don't worry, Stripe will take care of the payment automatically, and we will try to collect the money in the next 5 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

To pay for any of our plans or any additional work, we accept credit or debit cards from MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
