Pay2Shopp Return and\/or Refund Policies<\/p>

A. Return and\/or Refund Policies for E-Commerce Stores<\/p>

a) As the owner of an e-commerce store created on Pay2Shopp, you are responsible for establishing your own return and\/or refund policies for the products or services you offer. Pay2Shopp as a platform provides the necessary tools to manage these policies.<\/p>

b) We recommend that you clearly define your return and\/or refund policies in your store, including specific deadlines, conditions and procedures so that buyers understand your terms before making a purchase.<\/p>

c) Pay2Shopp is not responsible for returns or refunds requested by buyers. The resolution of disputes related to returns or refunds must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller.<\/p>

2. Communication and Returns Management<\/p>

a) As an e-commerce store owner, it is important to maintain clear and open communication with your buyers in case of return or refund requests.<\/p>

b) We encourage you to respond to return or refund requests in a timely manner and try to reach a fair solution for both parties. Transparency in communication and willingness to resolve problems can help maintain a good reputation and customer satisfaction.<\/p>

3. Processing Refunds through Paypal Payments<\/p>

a) Pay2Shopp uses Paypal Payments as its payment processing service. As an e-commerce store owner on Pay2Shopp, you will have access to the refund capabilities provided by Stripe.<\/p>

b) When issuing a refund through Stripe, you must follow the procedures and requirements set by Paypal to ensure that the refund is processed correctly. This includes using the refund functionality provided by Paypal in your Connect Express account.<\/p>

c) It is important to note that refund policies and capabilities may be subject to restrictions and conditions set by Paypal Payments. We recommend that you review and understand Paypal's refund policies and contact them directly if you have any questions or concerns.<\/p>

B. Return and\/or Refund Policies for the Marketplace<\/p>

1. Seller's Responsibility<\/p>

a) In the case of purchases made through the Pay2Shopp marketplace, the seller is responsible for establishing and complying with its own return and\/or refund policies for the products or services it offers.<\/p>

b) Pay2Shopp assumes no responsibility for returns or refunds requested by buyers within the framework of the marketplace. The resolution of disputes related to returns or refunds must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller.<\/p>

2. Communication and Returns Management<\/p>

a) As a buyer on the Pay2Shopp marketplace, we recommend that you review and understand the return and\/or refund policies established by each seller before making a purchase.<\/p>

b) If you have any questions or require a return or refund, you must contact the corresponding seller directly, following the procedures and deadlines established by them.<\/p>

c) Pay2Shopp does not intervene in communications or procedures related to returns or refunds within the framework of the marketplace, since these transactions are carried out directly between buyers and sellers.<\/p>

3. Payment Processing through Paypal Payments and Connect Accounts<\/p>

a) Pay2Shopp uses Paypal Payments as a payment processing service within the framework of the marketplace. Payments made by buyers will be sent to the Connect Express account of the corresponding seller.<\/p>

b) In relation to refunds, the seller, using its Connect Express account, will be responsible for processing any refunds that are necessary according to its policies and agreements with buyers.<\/p>
